I have done a few of the Mat, Mimosa & Meditation classes, they are so much fun! The yoga and sculpting are great (taught by Lori), I’m so sore for 2 days after! The meditation (led by Shawn) is very relaxing. What a great event! They even rent the space out, which would be awesome for a girls day/night out! They also offer a 30 day no added sugar challenge (among other wellness support groups) and Reiki sessions. And healthy homemade munchies are provided…the sweet potato hummus is to die for! Impressed overall! 5+ stars!

I have attended 2 mat, mimosas and meditation classes here. Lori’s mat class is fun, tough and also allows for beginners to have modifications. No judging here! Shawn’s meditation is unbelievably relaxing. No one can realign my mind like Shawn!! I will be there every time for this event. Would highly recommend.
